A Pub with Character

Our classic Tudor-style building is full of charm, inside and out. Step through the doors and you’ll find a cosy bar, dining areas full of rustic character, and a beer garden ready for sunny afternoons. We also have a pool table tucked in the bar area — perfect for friendly games over a pint. With real ales on tap, a varied menu of freshly prepared meals, and regular events throughout the year, we offer something for everyone.

Proud to be local

We’re proud to be at the heart of village life. From quiz nights and charity fundraisers to family-friendly gatherings and seasonal celebrations, The Dukes Head is a place for the whole community to enjoy. We champion local suppliers wherever we can and love bringing people together over good food, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere.

We’re also proud to support our local teams, including the Monday night pool side — recent league champions — whose success adds to the vibrant, friendly spirit of the pub.
